My wife is hooked on AC:NL but I went physical.

I keep forgetting I have Zen Pinball 2. If ever there was a game I could go to when I don't know what to play or just have 10 minutes to spare.

Same here. Don't know what to play, or burnt out on whatever I'm currently playing? Some Zen is nice.

Some great handheld experiences. Capcom's first stab at the series I believe.

My latest download is New Super Luigi U. I find it meh. I hate how Luigi feels, I get no flow from it. the levels all have a 100 second timer which I feel cheapens the difficulty as you are still tasked with getting 3 coins. If they are hidden, how do you have time to explore??? Also, cheap enemy placement and LOTS, I mean TONS, of holes to fall in. Since Luigi is so slippery, it feels like they put them there to again cheapen and "raise" the difficulty. $20 I coulda spent on socks or something more exciting.

Wha? New Super Luigi U is getting good reviews! Some are calling it Luigi's Lost Levels. The original Lost Levels had tons of open gaps but I have to assume the slippery Luigi, large gaps, and short timer was all done purposely. It ain't for the squeamish!

Oh please like I'm not used to this type of stuff. Just feels cheap is all. Lost Levels was not a good game. Cheap deaths does not equal good level design. Mega Man 2 = good level design. I'm still playing the game, but its not the kind of "challenge" I had in mind I guess. The only thing that really bugs me is the stupid time limit. Oh well.

I really liked the Luigi levels.  There is a large difficulty spike mostly around the timer and coin collecting.  But I beat the game and have been going back and trying to get all the coins.

I love the coin placement, but its the timer that hinders that. Sometimes you don't have enough time to find a superbly hidden coin. You'll have to replay the level over and over. I'm the kind of player that likes to play a perfect run. Its basically not possible lots of times because of the timer.

Ive gotten used to his flaming twinkle toe jump and his slipperiness, but I'm sorry the timer just escapes me.

Holy snap. But most of 'em are Marvel tables, yes? Don't care much for that many Marvel tables just yet. I want a Nintendo-themed table damnit!

I've got 2 more new games on the Wii U. I don't think I can find anything else except the ones on the 3DS Mii Plaza but that has to wait for few days.
